So your ps3 is on a firmware 3.55+ and your ps3 is not jailbroken, if that's what you are saying you need a USB and copy the save to the USB and edit it on your PC. I can't fully tell you the steps in doing this because I don't do this hacking anymore I realised It's a waste of time. If your trying to copy a copy protected save first of all the only way you can get it off your ps3 is by data transferring. You cant copy them to a USB because it if its copy protected it simply wont allow you to. Data transferring is the only way, then youd need to FTP and navigate to hddo/game/bles or blus number and copy it to your PC.

If you dont have access to a jailbroken console then youll have to look in the PS3 game saves section here on NGU to see if someones already done it. Then youd need someone to resign the save for you and theres plenty people offering this service for free.
