HP Install has - several times - run the L3uninstall.exe and I have re-booted the computer BUT it keeps coming back!!!!
Please note the following: a) The driver and printer are installed properly and the printer is operating properly and successfully. I, therefore, am very reluctant to unistall this good copy for fear that I will not be able to have a proper subsequent install as I need the printer b) The driver/program that HP Install is trying to install is flawed and has an error forcing HP Install to abort the installation and run the uninstall and clean up.which seem to be done successfully. C) Immediately after clearing the uninstall and the clean up, HP Install starts running again to install the same flawed driver Therefore, it would seem, the program/file that is calling HP Install and telling it to run has to be deleted.
