In the event that the unit is re-booked, your full rental fee will be refunded, less a $450 processing fee and any difference in the rental rate due to last minute booking or costs incurred to re-book the unit. No refunds will be given after partial use of reserved rental or early departure. If you are a “no-show”, you will forfeit the full amount of the rental. We do not give credit for early departures or for inclement weather.

If a change in reservation is requested, Owner will make reasonable effort to accommodate the change, and assess the appropriate cancellation fee as stated above. You hereby grant consent for Owner to take any fees from the security/damage deposit or charge your credit card. Any reservation deposit and/or rental fees made with a credit card will incur a $30 fee, plus the additional 4% fee, of the total amount regardless of cancellation date or reason for return. We reserve the right to cancel reservations and refund rent or deposits at our sole discretion. In those cases, our liability is limited to any rental amounts or deposits made by guests.
