Overall we are quite happy with the product. It's comfortable, the mode settings and speed selection is excellent and easy to use. It's relatively quite and the battery option is a big plus. It's very lightweight and compact so it's very portable. On the negative side, we have had problems with one of the valves which was replaced promptly, but there still seems to be an issue with backflow on occasion. The milk does not go through the inner valve and starts to fill up in the funnel. We've tried to fix it by re-setting all the valves and it does solve the issue sometimes, but not always.

I also like that the pump is BPA free, so I can be sure that my milk is safe for baby. I have used it over the past 4 years and only one small spart broke (my own fault), the customer service was great and replacement was sent out very quickly.

I just purchased this breast pump online and i have to say I am impressed with how this works for me. I tend to express milk on odd times of the day and it being really quiet keeps me from distrubing the sleep of my partner. I also like the suction modes, there are two, but I usually use T2 mode as I express better with this. It doesn't hurt even if the suction is slower.
