***********Im getting this error and i dont understand why.i downloaded, installed this happens, tried to download from a different source same story, restarted the pc same story, there is no program that is using it.what the hell. Can anyone help me please? Im seriously lost.no idea why is this happening, i have no USB pluged in or anything.
